![]() The one sticking point is actually installing Dorico for the first time. If you have any issues, the guys over there are fantastic. ![]() The support community at Steinberg Forums is absolutely top-notch. The default soundfont for Dorico Pro is actually quite good (obviously not as good as something like NotePerformer but still). You will have to get used to the way Dorico handles note durations, which is quite different from the Sibelius way. The workflow is clean and easy once you get used to it, and most options are readily available through keyboard shortcuts, and the dialogue box hell that is Sibelius is nowhere to be found. ![]() However, I did switch from Musescore to Dorico when I got accepted to university, and have been using it for a couple years. I've never used Sibelius, so I can't compare Dorico with it unfortunately. ![]()
